I’m an accredited corporate trainer & life coach with a professional background in business, leadership and wellbeing. I hold a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University and work in senior, wellbeing-focused roles within regulated organisations. This experience gives my coaching a grounded, ethical and results-led foundation, shaped by real-world pressure, responsibility and change.
