I’m an accredited life coach & trainer with a professional background in business, leadership and wellbeing. I hold a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University and work in senior, wellbeing-focused roles within regulated organisations. This experience gives my coaching a grounded, ethical and results-led foundation, shaped by real-world pressure, responsibility and change.
I specialise in working with capable, driven individuals who feel internally blocked by self-doubt, overwhelm or inconsistency. My coaching is structured and evidence-informed, beginning with clear diagnosis before moving into stabilisation, execution and measurable progress. Rather than offering vague motivation, I focus on helping you build consistent confidence through deliberate action.
